About
The CUNY School of Medicine, opened in 2016 at The City College of New York in Harlem and built on the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education Program, is the first public medical school to open in New York City since 1860. Students enter from high school into an accelerated seven-year BS/MD pipeline — earning a BS in biomedical sciences in three years before the four-year MD phase — with no MCAT required. Its mission centers on training primary-care physicians from underrepresented backgrounds to practice in medically underserved New York communities.
Your numbers, tracked against every school on this list.
MedTrack logs your GPA, MCAT prep, clinical hours, shadowing, research and volunteering, then shows you where you stand against real matriculant data. Built by pre-meds.
